Sharing the gift of Tarot with others is a calling that I could not ignore.  I have endless gratitude for the teachings passed on to me by significant others, and in the spirit of giving back, I have developed my own series of Tarot classes that take students on a journey of discovery through 4 levels. Students completing all 4 levels gain qualification as a professional Tarot Reader, and are empowered with the tools required to embark on their own ventures into Tarot and providing readings for those seeking guidance.

Tarot: A Personal Journey – Level 1

This is a great introduction to the Tarot!  It is a six week course encompassing the study of the Rider Waite (standard) Tarot deck.  In this entry level course, the basics of Tarot are taught.  The meaning of each individual card is explored in depth, with an overview of how to read and understand the cards in a basic spread.  Class sizes are kept to a minimum to ensure the provision of specialised tuition in a nurturing, caring and supportive environment.  Each week an individual reading for a student is done.  Detailed class notes are provided in a personalised folder for each student.   Classes are held once per week in a 2 hour session over the six week duration.  Refer to table below for pricing information.

 

Tarot:  Reflections – Level 2

This comprehensive seven week course, builds on the learnings from Level 1, which is a prerequisite.  In depth tarot card combinations are taught, with particular focus on the Chakra Tarot Spread.   In the Chakra spread, card positions are aligned with the seven sacred chakras, enabling identification of what influences / blockages are impacting, and what advances can be made for the healing and completion of body, mind and spirit.   Chakras and their significance are studied in depth, along with the relevance and use of Archetypes as a guide for divination.   Similar to Level 1, class notes are provided, and weekly sessions of 2 hour duration are held over the seven weeks.

 

Tarot: Enlightenment – Level 3

A six week course accessing and working with your own personal intuition and guidance to facilitate a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Tarot, as well as visiting and exploring many other historical and modern tarot decks.  Gaining competency in the two deck spread taught in this class prepares the student well to go on to achieve the professional level of Tarot reading in Level 4.  Please note that level 2 is a pre-requisite.  Weekly sessions of 2 hour duration are held over the six weeks.

Tarot: Professional – Level 4

Levels 1 – 3 are a pre-requisite for this six week course which, upon completion,  qualifies the student as a professional Tarot reader.  This course focuses on; achieving competence in readings; effective communication techniques in client settings; ethical and professional considerations; boundary setting; self care and awareness.  Experience is gained in giving readings and being critiqued by “clients” not previously known to the student.  Weekly sessions of 2 hour duration are held over the six weeks.
